Kelly
Kelly is a West Irondequoit native who also spent a few years living & going to college in Las Vegas. It was in Las Vegas that she discovered her passion for working with animals. She returned to Rochester in 2008 and has been working at Coldwater since March 2009. |

Kim
Kim has been greeting Coldwater clients with a smile since January 1995. She is happily married and mother to 2 boys and 3 girls - she reduced her hours to part-time in December 2004 when she adopted her youngest daughter from Guatemala. Kim and her family hosted an exchange student for the 2006-2007 school year.Her family shares Kim with 2 dogs, 7 cats and 2 beta fish. |

Rachel
Rachel has been working at Coldwater since August 2009. She is currently attending Medaille College to become a licensed Technician – she hopes to eventually go on to vet school. She and her husband, David, have 2 dogs – Jake and Axle James. |
