Melissa has been helping the people and animals here at Coldwater for 3 years. Originally working as a receptionist, Melissa furthered her service and love for animals by attending Medaille College and obtaining her Veterinary Technician license. When not working, Melissa enjoys hiking, lounging in the pool, and spending time with her friends and family. Her four-legged family members include 4 cats, 2 birds, 2 lizards and fish.

Jennifer

Jennifer is a 2004 graduate of Medaille College in Buffalo and moved to Rochester after graduation to begin her career. She has a special interest in feline medicine and has been with Coldwater since spring 2009. Jennifer is an avid gardener who also enjoys shopping and video games. She and her husband share their home with their 3 kitties and 1 dog.
