Getting Started With Our Hospital
New Clients Welcome!
Prior to your pet’s first appointment, it is important that you arrive 10 - 15 minutes in advance to fill our necessary paperwork.
We will ask you the age of your animal, their breed, any underlying medical conditions, concerns you have, and more. It is important that we gather all of this information so that we can give your pet the best and most individualized care possible. It is also important that we are made aware of any vaccinations that your pet has had or needs so we can make sure they are properly vaccinated.
Our veterinarians are highly educated and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns that you may have about your animal. We are well-versed in behavior guidelines, dietary management, and treatments that you may want to provide for your pet. Please make sure that your pet is properly secured on leash or within a carrier to ensure the safety of both your pet and others. We want to make your first appointment as easy and comfortable as we can for both you and your pet.
